What is Padel? I noticed this sport via some advertisements from instagram stories, even some of acquaintances also started to show their sweaty stories online. I could not resist to experience such exercise, such sport people can easily sweating, also showing off the perfect body in public! Therefore I proposed my girl friends to join me to discover this extraordinary padel exercise.
According to the wikipedia, Padel is ... is a racket sport typically played in doubles on an enclosed court roughly 25% smaller than the size of a tennis court. Scoring is the same as normal tennis, and the balls used are similar but with a little less pressure. The main differences are that the court has walls and the balls can be played off them in a similar way as in the game of squash and that solid, stringless bats are used. The height of the ball being served must be at or below the waist level.
However none of us doing any research before we start the padel, I could not possibly think of how difficult it can be, all we need to do is hit the ball! After just 30 mins passed, we all realized one thing, indeed its a very difficult sport. We tried very hard to keep the ball being hitting from both side without landing outside the cage.(and for your information our best record before we left was 5 hits without any miss catch🤪)
Nevertheless, we may not the good padellers in real, but we can definitely pretend to like we are good at it in photograph. haha. After a hour or so, we started to make all kind of poses in front the camera, at least we will have some decent sexy sporty photo home and showing off to our partners.
ps. my ass and my thighs being terribly aching for 3 days after this game. whenever I move my legs, the pain and screaming sound will follow. If I ever wanted to punish my body next time, I think I knew what to do.😂
